Your retainer covers everything listed in your chosen package – from plugin, theme, core updates and content changes to performance tweaks and bespoke coding. For Premium plans, it also includes UX reviews, strategy calls, and basic SEO support.
Yes. Any unused hours carry over for one month only.
At the start of each new month, we begin using the current month’s hours first.
Yes. All maintenance packages require a minimum three-month commitment. This ensures we can deliver consistent updates, monitoring, and long-term improvements.
If your site requires paid plugins, themes, or frameworks to maintain or improve functionality, those licensing costs are billed separately. We’ll always discuss these with you before purchase.
By default, our maintenance packages cover technical and strategic work only. Content creation, customer management, or direct payment handling are outside scope unless explicitly added to a custom package.
Absolutely. If the Starter, Growth or Enterprise packages don’t fit, we can design a bespoke maintenance plan — for example, to include more hours, specialised integrations, or unique processes.
